We understand that every baby and family is unique. For this reason, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all plan. We personalize a plan that fits your family, based on information we gather in our sleep assessment. We do not practice the cry-it-out-method. Your Sleep Specialists will support you by being ready to assist, but also coaching you as your little one learns the invaluable skill of sleep. She will guide you through the entire process and stay connected with you until sleep is solid every night!


Step 1 - Sleep Assessment

We first complete a sleep assessment. This helps us get to know you, your child, the logistics of your home, and the current sleep situation. We then create a personalized sleep plan that fits your family’s needs.


Starting sleep coaching process

Step 2 - Sleep Coaching

We join you either in your home, or remotely, to implement our tailored plan and the services you’ve chosen. You will be coached and supported throughout the entire process. You will gain considerable confidence along the way.  We set you up for success with a set of guidelines that addresses teething, travel, illness, etc.


Step 3 - Extended Support

Teething, sickness, regressions, OH MY!! These can sometimes lead to minor sleep setbacks. The continued unlimited support will keep everything moving forward when speed bumps come. By the fourth week your confidence will be boosted, you feel better equipped and your child’s sleep will be completely transformed!
