This gives me insight on your family and helps me to personalize a perfect sleep plan for baby!

This sleep plan takes into consideration everything you can imagine! I use the information I collect from your family to construct a schedule, as well as a means to carry out that schedule based upon your preferences and parenting style.

This is generally conducted over Zoom so that we can see each others faces, and I spend this time educating you on the ins and outs of sleep coaching, as well as going over your baby’s personalized sleep plan. After this consultation, you will know how to begin implementing the sleep plan and practicing healthy sleep habits!

This includes two main phone calls to check in on your family and see how you’re doing. I’m also available throughout these two weeks for any immediate questions via phone call, text, and email.

You will also receive a guide that includes tips on travel, teething, transitioning to a toddler bed, maintaining gentle sleep habits throughout sickness or immunizations, and more.

This sleep log is used in the form of an app, and you are able to log your baby's sleeping and eating patterns along with other information. For the two weeks that I provide your phone support, I am also providing daily evaluations of the information in the log in the form of notes. This really helps you to feel my involvement and have assurance throughout the Sleep Coaching Process!

Via pictures, Facetime, or Zoom I will analyze the safety, functionality, and setup of baby's nursery. Often, the setup of the nursery is impacting sleep- and not in a good way! With this evaluation, I am able to make suggestions on how the nursery can best function as a sleepytime haven.

This consultation is designed to be used within the following 90 days after the end of your sleep program. This is used to pinpoint why sleep regressions have occurred, or why baby's schedule has begun to change. Often, the reasons for the issues are minor instances of slipping back into old habits, and the consultation offers encouragement as well as helping you form a plan in moving forward to achieve healthy sleep habits for your little one.
